These terms apply to purchases made through the Grovero online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old.

Prices
Unless stated otherwise, prices on this store are shown excluding VAT.
For consumer purchases, and before any order is placed, the total price including applicable VAT and any additional charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
VAT is added at checkout at the rate applicable to your country or customer type.
We may update prices at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us, unless we clearly state that manual confirmation is required.
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, payment fails, information is incorrect, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund.
We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale, especially for business, distributor, or multi-unit orders.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, iDEAL/Wero, Bancontact, and manual invoice or bank transfer where available.
For manual invoice or bank transfer orders, the order is only confirmed after payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise in writing by Grovero B.V.
For credit card payments, we may verify your identity or payment details as part of fraud prevention.
Delivery
We ship from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout where available.
For larger hardware orders, installation orders, international orders, or business orders, we may contact you after purchase to confirm delivery timing and logistics.
If delivery fails because of incorrect information provided by the customer, additional delivery costs may apply.
Collection
Orders may be collected from our Amsterdam location only if agreed in advance with Grovero B.V.
Installation service
Grovero may offer installation, onboarding, and staff training for certain products or locations. Availability, timing, and costs may depend on the delivery address and order type.
Care Plan subscription
The Grovero Care Plan is an optional recurring service that may include seeds, consumables, support, and related services depending on the selected plan.
Monthly plans are billed monthly. Annual plans are billed once per year.
You may cancel, pause, or change your Care Plan by contacting support@grovero.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds are not issued unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.
If a recurring payment fails, we may pause the Care Plan until the payment issue is resolved.
Warranty
Consumers receive the legal warranty and conformity rights that apply under consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits those statutory consumer rights.
Business buyers receive a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
To make a warranty claim, contact support@grovero.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos where relevant.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, improper cleaning, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product instructions.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and refund policy.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us at support@grovero.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve complaints within 14 days where possible.
Export restrictions
You may not export products purchased from Grovero to countries where this is prohibited by applicable export control laws. If you intend to export products, you are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or licences.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to Dutch courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version in force at the time of purchase.
