Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases made through the Grovero online store.
Consumers
If you are purchasing as a consumer, meaning you are not purchasing for business purposes, you have 30 days from delivery to return your order without giving a reason.
To start a return, contact us at support@grovero.com before the 30-day period ends. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
Products must be returned complete, clean, undamaged, and in original condition, including original packaging where reasonably possible.
If the product is damaged, incomplete, used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or returned in poor condition, we may deduct depreciation from the refund.
For consumer cancellations under the right of withdrawal, we refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost. Extra costs for premium or express delivery are not refunded.
Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
We will refund eligible returned orders within 14 days after receiving the returned product, using the original payment method where possible.
Business buyers
Business buyers do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
Grovero offers business buyers a 30-day return courtesy, provided that the product is complete, clean, undamaged, returned in original condition, and the return is requested in writing within 30 days of delivery.
To request a business return, contact us at support@grovero.com. Please include your order number, company name, and reason for return.
Business returns are only accepted if approved by Grovero B.V. in writing.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
Grovero B.V. may refuse a business return if the product has been used commercially beyond reasonable inspection, damaged, modified, installed incorrectly, or returned incomplete.
Consumables
Opened seed packets, nutrients, Gromix cartridges, Clemix cartridges, and other consumable products cannot be returned where this is not suitable for health, hygiene, safety, or product-quality reasons.
Unopened consumables may be returned only if they are unused, in original condition, and returned within the applicable return period.
Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at support@grovero.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant.
If the claim is valid, we will repair, replace, or refund the product where appropriate.
