Shipping location

Grovero ships from the Netherlands.

 

Delivery areas

We currently ship to selected countries in Europe and may ship to other countries where available.

Available shipping options, delivery countries, and shipping costs are shown at checkout where available.

If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at support@grovero.com for a shipping quote.

 

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, carrier delays, customs clearance, import procedures, or installation planning.

For MiniGro hardware orders, business orders, multi-unit orders, international orders, or orders requiring installation, we may contact you after purchase to confirm delivery timing and logistics.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout where available.

For larger hardware orders, international orders, distributor orders, or special delivery requirements, additional shipping costs may apply. If this is the case, we will contact you before confirming the order.

 

International deliveries and customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply.

These costs are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing by Grovero B.V.

Grovero B.V. is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import checks, missing import information, or local clearance procedures.

The customer is responsible for providing any information required for import or customs clearance.

 

Incorrect delivery information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If delivery fails because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional delivery, return, storage, or reshipping costs may apply.

 

Collection

Collection from our Amsterdam location may be possible only if agreed in advance with Grovero B.V.

 

Installation

Installation, onboarding, or staff training may be available for certain products and locations.

If installation is included or purchased, we will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery or installation moment.

 

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at support@grovero.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the package and product where relevant.
